Which standards do you follow when cleaning HVAC systems?+
For HVAC cleaning we use industrial negative-pressure units with HEPA filtration of dust classes M and H per DIN EN 60335-2-69, capturing hazardous dust directly into the filter cartridge. Microbiological analyses (swabs) are carried out by a contracted accredited laboratory — the Public Health Institute based in Hradec Králové (ČIA accreditation No. 1388, ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025); dust composition is analysed by FTIR in cooperation with TUL Liberec.
How often does HVAC cleaning need to be done?+
The recommended HVAC cleaning interval depends on the type of operation and its load. Catering operations with greasy dust and healthcare facilities require more frequent maintenance than ordinary offices. After the first cleaning we propose a tailored regular-maintenance plan; premises with mechanical ventilation are required to document cleaning, which is exactly what our protocol provides.
What does the HVAC cleaning protocol contain?+
For every job we issue a cleaning protocol with before-and-after photo documentation. If you order a laboratory analysis, the test report is issued by an independent accredited laboratory and includes the values measured before and after cleaning (e.g. microbiological swabs in CFU/swab). The document is valid supporting evidence for hygiene inspections, the fire-safety officer, internal audits and occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation.
Is laboratory analysis included in the cleaning price?+
Laboratory analysis is an optional add-on service; it is not automatically part of the basic quote — you need to request it in advance. We commission the laboratory and you pay for it as part of the job. Before cleaning we take samples and determine the actual level of contamination; if the analysis shows that cleaning is not needed, you avoid unnecessary costs.
How does ordering work and how much does HVAC cleaning cost?+
After a non-binding inquiry we arrange a free inspection to determine the scope (optionally with a Wöhler SI 400 inspection camera). Within 3 days you receive an itemised quote with a fixed price and a schedule tailored to your operation. The price depends on the length and type of ductwork and the number of units, which is why we set it only after the inspection.
Will the cleaning disrupt our company's operations?+
No. We carry out HVAC cleaning outside your working hours — evenings, weekends and public holidays — so that employees are not burdened by dust and noise and operations continue without restriction.
